Rules and Policies
Mandatory KYC Verification: Complete KYC verification on your move-in day.
Initial Payments: Pay the first three months’ rent and security deposit on the day of your arrival.
Monthly Fee Payment: Ensure monthly fees are settled by the 5th or as per your billing cycle.
Maintenance Charges: A fee of ₹500 (for Non-AC rooms) or ₹2,500 (for AC rooms) will be deducted from your deposit for maintenance and registration.
Advance Payment Terms: The advance payment is non-refundable if you choose not to stay. Paid fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Caution Deposit Refund: The caution deposit will only be refunded on your move-out day and will not be used to cover rent.
Personal Belongings: We are not responsible for any personal items left in the hostel.
Leave Notification: Notify hostel management if you plan to be away or travel out of town.
Notice for Vacating: To vacate, submit a notice 30 days in advance. Failure to provide notice will result in forfeiture of the advance payment.
Locks and Keys: Take care of locks and keys. Any damage discovered upon vacating will result in a deduction from your deposit.
Energy Usage: Turn off fans and lights when not in use.
Water Conservation: Avoid excessive water usage.
Room Hygiene: Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in your room and bed.
Washroom Etiquette: Keep washrooms clean and use them properly.
Clothing Policy: Do not hang wet clothes inside your room.
Room Security: Do not lock any room when leaving the property.
Prohibited Items: Iron boxes and water heaters are not allowed.
Footwear Policy: Indoor slippers are not permitted within the hostel.
Substance Policy: Smoking and alcohol consumption are strictly forbidden. Violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
Food Waste: Avoid food wastage. Take only what you will eat.
Gate Management: Ensure the gate is securely closed when entering or exiting.
Bike Parking: Park bikes properly to avoid blocking pathways.
Visitor Policy: Visitors are not allowed in the rooms.
